Being a carpet cleaning professional is more than just having some equipment and throwing stuff on your customers’ floors- it is about knowing how to best help your customer to have a clean, healthy environment. The biggest differentiator between carpet cleaning technicians is training- those that have a solid base perform better.

This intensive, 2-day certification class is designed to teach you principles, techniques, and practices to boost your carpet cleaning productivity. A pre-requisite to many other IICRC certifications, we will discuss carpet manufacturing, cleaning chemistry, cleaning methods, job safety and regulations, and customer interactions. We will practice using different equipment and procedures, teaching you to be a true professional.

Included in the $300 cost is a manual, snacks, and lunch for the two day class.

NOTE- you must also register for the exam here with the IICRC. The cost of the exam is $80.
