Are you a carpet cleaning professional? A restoration professional? A facilities manager? Maybe a housekeeping or janitorial professional? Education and training is the best way to differentiate yourself from your competition! The IICRC’s Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Certification is a first step towards the rest of your training!

As a pre-requisite to many of the other IICRC Certifications, the CCT introduces you to carpet construction, maintenance, and deep cleaning. It will prepare you to take care of stains and spots the correct way, to not destroy the carpet you are trying to save. We will also go over safety, legal issues, and communication techniques to help you better serve your customers and employers/employees.

Total cost for the class is $429 ($349 for the class, manual, materials, and lunch; and $80 to the IICRC for the test). Each class is 2 days, starting at 830am and ending at 5pm, with breaks and lunch included.

This is not a sales class- I don’t sell products or tools- I will give a generic overview of chemicals and tools that can be used, but I won’t try to sell you on any specific tools or chemicals. I don’t believe in trying everything under the sun until I find a magic bullet that doesn’t exist.
