Confidence is one of those things I wonder about. How many of us have true confidence? I know I have confidence in a lot of things, but I feel kind of like Socrates- the more I have confidence the more I realize how much I still lack.

As I get to know people, the more I see that most of us lack confidence. Even those that seem to be the strongest don’t always truly feel that way inside. Many can put on a brave exterior, can show confidence on their face, but when we dig down, they, too, feel inadequate or can’t see how inspiring they are to others.

So who do I know that has the most confidence? Jesus of Nazareth. He’s the only one worthy to say they have confidence.
